Ebike rental was on my son's summer bucket list so we did it as a family. I was nervous at first thinking it would be too fast or hard to control but I quickly got the hand of it and was zooming along. Dave was fantastic working with me. He went above and beyond! Recommended a bike rack with ramp after I told him what I needed. Then he put the thing together and put it on my car. He showed me how to use the electric components on the bike and how to work the rack on the hitch and load and lock the bike on the rack. I learn by doing and he was very patient as I went through each thing myself to make sure I had it right. He suggested the pump that works for this bike (at my request) and I ordered it. We've been looking to purchase Ebikes for quite some time. We were able to take all the test rides we wanted, learned a ton about the options, and purchased two bikes and a hitch rack. Went home after the purchase, got a hitch installed the following week, and then drove back to pick up our purchases - all assembled and ready to go. At a reasonable entertainment cost, you can rent modern quality equipment that allows you to access the Lancaster NW River Trail at the duration and activity level of your own abilities and choices. We found Tim to be pleasant and knowledgeable in getting first time seniors set up and trained. We chose 2 hours, then gave ourselves about 15 minutes in a nearby public parking area to familiarize ourselves with the rental units we picked. The remaining time was used to travel up trail about 5 miles at a leasurely pace before returning. The trail is beautiful. We will be returning and highly recommend it. A huge thanks to Let’s Roll. 6/9 - We had to go back a week later. Imagine the fun of E-Biking up the River Trail with your sweetheart for about the cost of a meal out.
