Electric Bikes in Lancaster, PA

Awesome time! Ebike rental was on my son's summer bucket list so we did it as a family. I was nervous at first thinking it would be too fast or hard to control but I quickly got the hand of it and was zooming along. The trail is great, you see abit of everything (water, little critters, nature, cornfield). I would recommend this location. It was a farther drive for us than the Lancaster one but definitely worth it.

The majority of the electric bikes here average around $2,000. Didn't really see any budget friendly e-bikes.

Cuba, not just a country but also a beautiful man. The gentleman is always so nice when I scoot by. Even though they don't work on scooters their always willing to help if they can. I'll be rolling by again. Thanks cuba : )

I was riding far away from home and I was not comfortable how my seat was feeling. I stopped in Lets Roll and Vince was very helpful. He fixed my seat. I was so grateful. I then went on my 12 mile ride. Thank you Vince

They do great work here. I’ve taken my ebikes here multiple times had work done on my motor, my breaks and other stuff and a man named Cuba helped me out every time. he does a great job. I recommend you go here if you have any issues with your bikes.

So i had an error code on my eride pro ss 2.0 for months which would cause my bike to shut off anytime so I pretty much stopped riding it. I did my research on what I needed to do, which was take it to a ebike dealer who services the certain brand that I have. I had a feeling it was going to be a lengthy process. So I called the let's roll shop and they told me to bring it in when ever. So I brought it in later in the week and they hooked it up to a laptop and fixed it in like 10 mins. THANK GOD !! and they also had the brakes I needed too so I got a couple sets. I Highly recommend this shop.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THESE GUYS EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!! They always do whatever service work is needed and they do it with the utmost care and efficiency. Very professional without being too uptight, in other words easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and down to earth. When they were finished with my bike it was actually better than it was outta the box & that's FACTS! Their fees are right on par with the work performed. At first the price seemed a bit steep to me BUT after experiencing the quality of work they do and the care they take I would pay more for the peace of mind & the knowledge it's gonna be better than new. These guys are worth every penny. They have something money cannot buy and that is "passion & pride" in what they're doing & I find that very respectable. They are 2 qualities that are entirely too scarce in today's society and these guys wear them proudly and it shows in the work they do!!- Thanks guys & keep up the great work! I don't comment ever, but these gents earned this!

Let’s Roll! In June of 2025, with Mae’s assistance, I test-rode several ebikes at the Columbia, PA location, and chose a Velotric Discover 2. Fast, Friendly Customer Service, excellent communication, knowledgeable, very helpful staff, excellent selection makes the drive from Harrisburg entirely worthwhile for me. June 2026 - After hearing so many stories about so many great rides, (attached photos taken this Spring on Apopka Loop Trail, Florida) my wife test-rode several ebikes, chose and ordered her own Velotric Discover 3! Let’s Roll being located so close to the Northwest Lancaster River Trail is great!

We rent ebikes from these folks. I don't know what I could suggest to improve every rental experience we have had with them. Each of the staff is always genuinely nice, engaging, knowledgeable, proactive, wanting to please. I wish all my friends were like these folks

I am new to the e-bike craze but i absolutely love it. Went in to find my first bike after having been riding my parents’ bikes around for the past year. I had done some research at home, but walking in I had no idea what I was really looking ford. Leighton was fantastic, with a friendly smile at the door that echoed his positivity and kindness. He was super knowledgeable and helped me with a lot of questions that I had been googling for weeks! He helped me find a bike that really spoke to me and I really appreciated the time he took out of his day to help me find what I was looking for. He set me up with a test ride and I almost immediately fell in love with the bike he helped me pick out. It’s now been two weeks and I couldn’t be happier. He was a great salesmen all while not being the typical “salesmen” he didn’t rush, he didn’t push me to buy immediately, and he was nothing but patient. Thank you Leighton! I look forward to stopping back by soon for a new seat.

I surprised my wife with an e-bike tour along the river trail and we had a blast! The trail offers beautiful views along the river and fun places to stop to have a drink or snack. The e-bikes are new and easy to operate, and Mae was super cool and helpful. If you’re looking for something different give it a try – you won’t be disappointed!

I was with a group of 8 that rented e-bikes from let’s roll for two hours. I was very impressed with the experience here from the very helpful and knowledgeable service to the nice little storefront in downtown Columbia conveniently located right next to a very nice biking trail along the Susquehanna river! The bikes were all fairly new and in perfect working condition. We had a lot of fun. Highly recommend

My friend and I had a great experience at this place. We rent a couple of Ebikes for two hours. The bikes were top of the line and in a like new condition. The person who works there is very friendly. We went overtime a little bit and they didn't charge us. I plan to be a regular, and will be referring friends to this place.

Went in to try out a couple of different ebikes we were interested in but can't quite afford yet. I really appreciated that they were not pushy at all. They were helpful and knowledgeable without the sales person vibe. They went the extra mile to actually build bikes for us to try out since they didn't have the models we wanted to try built yet, and seemed happy to do it. They also rent bikes and the rail trail is nearby.

Rented 6 bikes today in Columbia … family group had a great time on the Northwest trail! Very friendly service … great bikes … clean new helmets… we arrived back a little past our time and they told us not to worry about it. They just wanted to make sure we had fun. Would definitely recommend Let’s Roll Lancaster for a great family activity! Thank you!!

This place is beyond wonderful! I knew what Aventon bike I wanted. Dave was fantastic working with me. He went above and beyond! Recommended a bike rack with ramp after I told him what I needed. Then he put the thing together and put it on my car. He showed me how to use the electric components on the bike and how to work the rack on the hitch and load and lock the bike on the rack. I learn by doing and he was very patient as I went through each thing myself to make sure I had it right. He suggested the pump that works for this bike (at my request) and I ordered it. Customer service above and beyond. It was worth the 80 minute ride to get there. You won’t be disappointed.

I can’t say enough good things about Let’s Roll Lancaster and their customer service. I’ve bought multiple electric dirt bikes from different companies over time, and honestly, it’s usually a headache whenever something goes wrong. Getting support or help can be slow, frustrating, or just nonexistent. But Let’s Roll Lancaster is a completely different story. They accidentally sent me the wrong bike, and I didn’t even realize it until after I had already assembled it. I expected the process to be difficult or take a long time to fix—but they went above and beyond. Without hesitation, they made the situation right and actually drove over 5+ hours to come swap the bike out themselves. On top of that, they’ve worked with me after hours, taking the time to answer questions and make sure everything was handled properly. That level of dedication is something you just don’t see often anymore. They didn’t just fix the mistake—they showed that they genuinely care about their customers and stand behind what they sell. If you’re thinking about buying an electric dirt bike, I highly recommend Let’s Roll Lancaster. Great people, great service, and a company that truly does things the right way.
