Great shop and great people! Everyone at both the Lancaster and the Columbia stores have been great to work with. They were more than happy to let my 11 year old son test ride several bikes. When we purchased him a bike, they went over everything about it with him which I really appreciated. We’ve gone back for service and were again very pleased with their customer service and support.

Drove from Philly to pick up my Zooz Ripster after communicating a couple of times to confirm availability. Even on the phone I could tell these guys were cool, which was no different when I got there. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. They have a huge selection of bikes… something for everyone. I had a wonderful experience at Let’s Roll Lancaster! I brought my son’s Onewheel for a tire valve replacement. The staff was super nice and they fixed it while I waited. This is the best place to get a Onewheel fixed hands down!!! I will definitely go back in the future as well as tell other to stop by. The staff is very knowledgeable on Onewheels. GREAT SERVICE!

I went there today to buy a onewheel! The staff was very helpful and very encouraging. They were understanding of the return policy and not pushy. They emphasized taking my time and being safe. They were apologetic that they did not have one in store for me to try. I am so ecstatic with my onewheel! They also said they can do maintenance as needed like tire changes and things like that.

We rented e-bikes on 7/24/24 and did the Northwest River Trail. We rode from one end to the other and then came back again. The trail was paved with a little gravel in some areas. It was easy to navigate and allot of fun. I recommend it if you get a chance. Lots of shaded areas because of the tree canopy. The trail seems to go from “park” to park. With places for breaks/restrooms in between if needed. You could stop at a restaurant or even pack a lunch because of all the picnic areas and pavilions The Columbia team was very helpful and we had a great time.

Great guys. Fixed a disconnected wire for me quickly and at no cost. I had stopped by previously just to check out the shop and found everyone to be very courteous and friendly. I wasn’t positive I put it together properly 😆 and they offered to look it over.

Dave was fantastic. I had been pushing my beast of a bike (75 pounds) for about 2 miles in the heat. Dave fixed the wire for me in just a couple of minutes and didn’t even charge me. I love these guys.

Tim was outstanding! We walked into the Lancaster store to get info. on ebikes. It was closing time and Tim was welcoming and shared a ton of insight. He also invited us to rent bikes at Columbia. We did. We ended up buying Aventon Avenger.2s and a Hollywood bike rack. Their response, expertise, willingness to share, and genuine friendliness was outstanding. We LOVE the bikes (first ride was 26 miles). Highly recommend Let’s Roll!!!

Just purchased Aventon level2 and aventure2, great bikes so far. Ryan from lancaster and Tim from columbia are the best to deal with. Let’s Roll went out of the way to even deliver the bikes. I purchased the Let’s Roll motorcycle jack and lift and please let me tell you it is definitely One of the BEST purchases EVER!!!! I now have so much more room in my garage on top of how easy it is to move the Harley around and even clean it. I can spin the wheel entirely while shining up the chrome spoke and whit wall tire!!!! We are both in our 60’s and wanted to get out and enjoy ourselves without killing ourselves in the process. 😆 LOL, I ended up purchasing an Addmotor trike for my wife and a Magicycle Deer for myself. Let’s Roll assembled and delivered them. We have had no issues since we received the bikes. They both are as advertised. My wife and I have both enjoyed our rides. I was looking to order 2 heybikes online then found let’s roll haybike dealer. They had in-stock the 2 bikes we were looking for, the cityrun and the brawn. When I saw them they were very beefy,well built and fully loaded for the same great deal heybike had online. Ryan was very helpful and had a lot of other ebikes beside heybike in his store. We are 2 hrs away but he was the nearest dealer and that was what I was looking for. Took the bikes out for a run today, so far very impressed with the heybikes, we built and very fast. More power is good. Great place to deal with.

So have been hearing a lot about these ebikes and looked for the nearest shop! So fortunate that this shop in Columbia was close. Had a wonderful experience and had a charming Sales man “Dave” answered all my questions and added more information that I hadn’t thought about. Not quite ready to take the plunge, but Dave even allowed a test ride on one of the bikes! It felt great as my knees haven’t allowed riding easily in quite some time! They also rent out bikes and this may be my next choice before a purchase. How convenient as it’s right be the river trail! What a great time we had renting ebikes from Let’s Roll! Everyone was extremely helpful and the bikes were in perfect condition. We road backroads out to the Hunsicker Covered Bridge, had lunch in quaint Leola (Gracie’s on Main) and back (20 miles). Great 1/2 day rental and would highly recommend it! These guys are the best!!

Proprietors were extremely welcoming and helpful, they had me test riding several versions of the bike I was interested in within two minutes of arriving, and Ryan gave out his personal cell phone number if I had any other questions during the off-hours (over a holiday weekend no less).
